Refund & Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final due to the collectible nature of our products. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, or preference-based reasons.
Collectible comics and graded items are highly sensitive to handling and condition. As a result, we cannot guarantee that any item returned to us is the same item that originally passed through our store and third-party grading process.
Damaged Items During Shipping
Returns will only be accepted for items damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, you must submit a return request within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a claim, the following documentation is required:
- Clear photographs of the damaged item
- Photographs of the original shipping box and all packing materials
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
This documentation is required to open a claim with the shipping carrier. Failure to provide complete information may result in denial of the claim. Contact support@germscomics.com for more information
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse or changed mind
- Minor wear consistent with collectible items
- Damage occurring after delivery
- Claims submitted outside the 15-day window
Resolution
If a shipping damage claim is approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion. This may include a replacement (if available) or a refund.
