Germs Comics carefully packs every order to help ensure your comics arrive safely and securely. Raw comics are shipped bagged and boarded, with protective packaging appropriate for the order.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Flat Rate Shipping: $12.99
• Free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $199.99 or more after discounts and before taxes

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by the shipping carrier.

Preorders

Preorder release dates are estimates and may be changed by publishers or distributors. Orders containing both in-stock items and preorders will ship together once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change or redirect it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery—or the expected delivery date—with your order number and clear photos of the package and items. We’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to find the best resolution.
